Birthday Mania

What goes on in the months of June and July? Are they like some sort of mating months or something? In six weekends we have had six birthday parties. I love get togethers as much as the next guy, but enough is enough, right?

Ryleigh went to a princess birthday party over the weekend, here she is.

Poor Cole was the only boy, I think he felt a little out of place.

She decided to dress herself this morning, can you tell? The only thing I can say is at least she matched the colors if not patterns. She usually does a much better job.

 

Easter

Easter was fun. We had dinner here with my MIL, FIL, BIL,his girlfriend and her son and my sister and nephew. We decided to do an easter egg hunt at our house this year because last year was a disaster. We had gone to the town park and there were waaayyyy too many people. This year it was 4 kids and about 150 eggs. Just enough for everyone don't ya think? Alright maybe I went a little overboard. They are allowed to have two pecies of candy a day IF they eat all of their lunch and dinner. That will last until I....I mean... they eat it all up. Oh yeah my youngest sister surprised us by showing up too. Appearantly she got a ride from one of her friends at Buffalo State who was coming home for the weekend, yeah! The kids love to see her. Now she is sick, but coming home from school in two weeks so I hope she gets better soon! Here are some pics from the big hunt.
